Dr. Lynne Kitei

Dr. Lynne D. Kitei, key witness, author, and executive producer of the Phoenix Lights Network, www.thephoenixlights.net, will present an updated, revolutionary perspective of the historic Arizona state-wide UFO sighting, the Phoenix Lights, revealing multiple craft and multiple anomalous phenomena translated into dramatic, layered computerized images.

This new and comprehensive view of the Phoenix Lights March 13, 1997 event is a compilation of 12 years of meticulous research and documentation by Dr. Lynne and chief investigator, Michael Tanner. The layered 3-D computerized images are created by software developer and former Smithsonian webmaster, Larry Lowe.

The presentation will include the following information:

  • Media coverage since 1997 has been superficial and mis-leading.
  • The Phoenix Lights was not just one event or even two events, but multiple craft and phenomena witnessed over many hours.
  • Witnesses expressed real time and long term transformations of consciousness.
  • The mass consciousness of Phoenix has shifted.
  • This shift provides opportunities in education and media to expand mainstream awareness of the UFO phenomena and extraterrestrial reality.
  • A groundbreaking educational endeavor created by the Phoenix Lights 3: Dr. Lynne Kitei, researcher/author Dr. Rebecca Hardcastle and first-hand PL witness/CEO AZ Dept. of Peace Campaign, Terri Mansfield. www.phoenixlights3.com
  • New and exciting developments.
