Film Festival Screenings

Film showing times will be announced closer to the fall. Films shown are entered into the festival and judged by 12 volunteer attendees. Awards for 12 different categories will presented at the Saturday Evening EBE Awards, February 26, 2011 from 7:00 – 11:00 PM.

Experiencer Sessions – Lead by (to be announced)

An Experienced Therapist will lead the Experiencer Sessions from 7:30 – 10:00 PM Thursday and Friday Night. These sessions are held in a private side room in the conference center and seating is limited to the first 50 attendees. If you want to share your story of a sighting, visitation or abduction or just sit and listen to others share their story then this is the session for you. This environment is designed to be a safe and comfortable place for people to gather knowledge and guidance with their experiences. No Press is Allowed in any session.

Meet The Speakers Cocktail Party

Wednesday February 23rd, 2011 from 7:00 PM – Midnight. At the Cocktail Party you will have a chance to meet the speakers in a relaxed environment while enjoying some food and drinks.

Friday Evening Skywatch and Events

Join Open Minds and the UFO Congress in conjunction with Fort McDowell Adventures on Friday February 25, 2011 for an evening of sky-watching, food, beverages and entertainment.

Search the skies for unusual phenomena and

Cost: $5.00 (covers transportation and other costs) – food and beverage can be purchased separately at the Friday Night Franks event (optional)

Join us at the Fort McDowell Resort & Casino and check out the speakers and the vendors – the shuttle will begin taking people to the location after the last speaker presents.

The shuttle will be running from 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM.

7:30 – 10:00 P.M.: Friday Night Franks

EBE Awards Banquet

Saturday February 26th, 2011 from 7:00 PM – Midnight We wrap up this event with a dinner and awards ceremony. Enjoy the company of new and old friends over dinner and drinks while sharing what you’ve learned and what you still seek out to understand. After dinner stay and enjoy the EBE Awards, hosted by a surprise guest. Films entered in the Film Festival will be judged and presented with awards during the ceremony.
