2010 UFO Conference Pricing
We offer various pricing structures to try to fit the needs of everyone. If you can come for the full week we have a Full Attendance Package for you, if you can’t come the whole week but want to come for a few days we have the A la Carte pricing for both the hotel rooms and tickets to each event. Full Attendance Package Includes:
- 8 Nights Hotel at Aquarius (check-in Saturday 2/20 check-out Sunday 2/28)
- 7 Full Days of Speakers Presentation (no simultaneous presentations or extra charges for workshops!)
- Access to over 40 Vendors
- Admission to Film Festival Presentations (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings)
- Admission to Wednesday Night “Meet The Speakers Cocktail Party” (Taco Bar & Beverages” Door Prizes and Dancing)
- Admission to Saturday Evening Banquet and Film Festival EBE Awards (Saturday 2/27)
- Optional participation for Experiencers in special evening group sessions led by a qualified counselor.
Full Attendance Package Prices:
$499 Per Person Double Occupancy for registrations received between October 15, 2009 – January 18, 2010
$539 Per Person Double Occupancy for registrations received January 19 to February 16, 2010
$639 Per Person Single Occupancy for registrations received between October 15, 2009 – January 18, 2010
$699 Per Person Single Occupancy for registrations received January 19 to February 16 2010
Additional Hotel Nights
Additional hotel nights may be booked in advance through the Congress for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. These special rates are: $37.00 per night Sunday – Thursday and $67.00 per night Friday & Saturday. Prices are the same for Single or Double Occupancy and include all room taxes.

Morning sessions include all presentations in the morning until lunch
Afternoon sessions include all presentation from lunch to dinner
Evening sessions include all events after dinner
Tickets may be purchased at the door but will be $5.00 more per session

For those who can not come for the full week we can book your hotel room for you.

Policy
Advance Registrations must be recieved by Tuesday February 16 2010 – 1:00 PM (Mtn. Time)
After that time please contact the hotel for room reservations and availability. (Direct rates with the hotel will be slightly higher) Conference event tickets may be purchased at the door (Rates at the door will be slightly higher. Banquet seating may be limited)
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by February 16 2010. Cancellations after February 16 2010 and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
