2017 Registration Will Begin June 1, 2016. There are various pricing options available. View the RATES to determine which option is best for you.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded (less a $50 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by February 1,
2017 (1 PM – Mountain Time). Cancellations after February 1, 2017 (1 PM – Mountain Time) and “No Shows” are non-refundable.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations can be made by calling 480-789-5300 and mentioning the UFO Congress conference Advanced booking of hotel rooms is strongly encouraged as rooms sell out well in advance.
