REGISTRATION FOR THE 2016 EVENT WILL OPEN THIS SUMMER
- Super Early Bird Registration: May 4th – October 1, 2015
- Early Registration: October 2, 2015 – January 26, 2016
- Regular Registration: January 27, 2016 – February 12, 2016
In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded (less a $50 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by February 4,
2016 (1 PM – Mountain Time). Cancellations after February 4, 2016 (1 PM – Mountain Time) and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
Hotel reservations can be made by calling 480-789-5300 and mentioning the UFO Congress conference Advanced booking of hotel rooms is strongly encouraged as rooms sell out well in advance.
