- Super Early Bird Registration: May 1st – September 1, 2014
- Early Registration: September 2, 2014 – January 2015
- Regular Registration: January 2015 – February 2015
In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded (less a $50 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by February
2015 (1 PM – Mountain Time). Cancellations after February 2015(1 PM – Mountain Time) and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
Hotel reservations can be made by calling 480-789-5360 and using code UFO Conference when making reservations. Advanced booking of hotel rooms is strongly encouraged as rooms sell out well in advance.
Online registration is closed but you can still buy tickets at the door.
