TUESDAY – FEBRUARY 14, 2017

  • 9 AM – approximately 8 PM: EBE Film Festival ScreeningsAll films that have passed the preliminary screening are presented and judged by volunteer judges. The screening goes on until all films are seen. This may be anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. Anyone can volunteer to be a judge as long as they plan to view all entries, but one does not have to be a judge to attend all or some of the film screenings. The top 3 in each category, Long Form and Short Form, will be shown either Thursday or Friday night (February 16 or 17, 2017, respectively), depending on movie lengths and the time available each evening.

    Free of charge, no prior registration is required to attend.

WEDNESDAY – FEBRUARY 15, 2017

  • 4:00 – 5:30 PM: Panel: Government and UFOs – Panelists: Col. John Alexander, Col. Charles Halt, Ted Roe and Stanton Friedman with participation from other 2017 UFO Congress presenters.
    There are a wide range of opinions regarding just what the government knows when it comes to UFOs. With the help of individuals who have worked within the government, have worked with governmental organizations on this issue, and/or have researched this issue, we will get insight into this highly controversial topic.

  • 8:00 – 10:00 PM: Night Sky Watch with Ben Hansen – Held in the hotel pool area.
    Ben will provide night vision gear from Night Vision Optics. He will also project images from night vision devices. With any luck you will spot a UFO!

SATURDAY – FEBRUARY 18, 2017

SUNDAY – FEBRUARY 19, 2017

  • 1:00 – 2:30 PM: Panel: The Future of Abduction Research – Panelists: Yvonne Smith, CHT (Moderator), Kathleen Marden, Dr. Bob Davis.
    Many people believe they have been abducted by extraterrestrials. The mainstream media has a difficult time taking this topic seriously, and even among researchers, there are differing ideas of what is truly happening. This panel includes researchers with backgrounds in therapy and a neuroscientist, all of whom have spent a lot of time and effort to learn more about this phenomenon. In particular, we will hear their ideas about how to move research in this arena forward.
